TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

In addition to the information you provide, Filtricine may also collect information automatically during your use of our Site or Services via various online tracking technologies, which may include web beacons, cookies, embedded web links, or other information-gathering tools.  These tools may collect certain traffic information that your browser automatically sends, such as your browser type and language, access times, and the address of the website from which you arrived.  They may also collect information about your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, click stream behavior (e.g., the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions you take) and product information.  When you use the Site, we may store certain information on your device, in the form of a small text file or “cookie,” which can help us to tailor the Site and/or our Services to your individual preferences and save you time if you use the Site or our Services again.  For more information about cookies, please visit allaboutcookies.org.

Information from these tracking technologies allow us to measure activity through the Site and to create ideas for improving the Site and our Services, which may include the time and length of your visit, pages viewed, previously visited websites, and your Internet service.

We, or our third-party providers, may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Sites. For example, we use Google Analytics to generate statistical and other information about the use of the Site by means of cookies.  To learn more about Google’s privacy policy, please visit: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.  You can also learn more about how to opt out of the collection and processing of such information by Google Analytics by visiting this website:  https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We may partner with other third parties to provide certain features on our website or to display advertising on our website based upon your online activities.  Some of these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used for targeted advertising.  You have the ability to accept or decline cookies using your web browser settings.  If you choose to not accept cookies from our website, you may not be able to take full advantage of our features or to receive some of the services that our website provides.  To learn more about cookies and your ability to opt-out of certain advertising cookies, please visit the following websites: http://www.aboutads.info/choices or http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices.  However, if you set your browser options to disallow cookies, you may limit the functionality of our website.

Third-party tracking technologies are not controlled by us, even if they use our technology to help store or collect data. Statements regarding our practices do not apply to the methods for collecting information used by these third-party advertisers and others or the use of the information that such third parties collect. The relevant third party’s terms of use, privacy policy, permissions, notices and choices should be reviewed regarding their collection, storage, and sharing practices. We make no representations regarding the policies or practices of third-party advertisers or advertising networks or exchanges or related third parties. Further, while we may use a variety of companies to serve advertisements on the website, you may wish to visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices, which provides information regarding this practice by Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) members, and your choices regarding having this information used by these companies, including the “opt-out” procedures of NAI members. Opting out of one or more NAI members only means that those NAI members no longer will be allowed under their own rules to deliver targeted content and/or ads to you, which will affect this and other sites, but does not mean you will no longer receive any targeted content and/or ads. Also, if your browsers are configured to reject cookies when you visit this opt-out page, or you subsequently erase your cookies, use a different device or change web browsers, your NAI opt-out may not, or may no longer, be effective. Additional information is available on the NAI’s website accessible by the above link. You may also be able to opt-out of receiving third-party behavioral ads by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) website at http://www.aboutads.info/choices. Similar limitations may apply to the DAA opt-out. We are not responsible for effectiveness of or compliance with any third-parties’ opt-out options.

Even if you disable tracking, keep in mind that you may still receive interest-based advertising, including from third parties with whom your information had been previously disclosed or advertising from third parties that is not based on your interests and preferences.

The Sites do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
